我公司承建的江西省龍南市（三南）生活垃圾焚燒發電項目煙氣凈化工程于2022年11月10日開工建設。 The FGC project undertaken by Huaxing for Longnan (Sannan) Waste-to-Energy plant in Jiangxi Province was commenced on November 10, 2022.
該項目總規模為日處理生活垃圾1000噸/天，協同處理餐廚垃圾以及建筑垃圾等設施。一期工程項目規模為日均處理生活垃圾500t/d，配置1x12MV汽輪發電機組，全年可處理入廠生活垃圾量18.25萬噸。煙氣處理采用“爐內SNCR＋半干法(旋轉噴霧)＋干法(干粉噴射)＋活性炭吸附＋袋式除塵+飛灰輸送、儲存及穩定化工藝”的煙氣凈化工藝，為我司EPC工程。 The total scale of the project is 1000 tons / day of municipal solid waste, collaboratively treating kitchen waste, construction waste and other waste. The scale of the 1st phase is 500t/d of municipal waste, equipped with 1x12 MV steam turbine generator, and the annual treatment capacity can be 182,500 tons. The FGC process applied "in-furnace SNCR + semi-dry rotary spray + dry method with dry powder injection + activated carbon adsorption + bag filter + fly ash conveying, storage and stabilization process". It is an EPC project of Huaxing.
