我公司承建的河北省衡水市安平縣生活垃圾焚燒發電項目煙氣凈化工程于2021年08月01日通過72+24小時試運行。 The FGC project constructed by Huaxing for Anping waste incineration power plant in Hengshui, Hebei passed 72+24 hours trial operation on August 01, 2021.
該項目建設總處理規模為800 t/d，建設2x400t/d的機械爐排垃圾焚燒生產線，配置1x18MW汽輪發電機組。煙氣處理采用“爐內SNCR＋半干法(旋轉噴霧)＋氫氧化鈉溶液噴射系統+干法(干粉噴射)＋活性炭吸附＋袋式除塵+濕法（預留）+SCR（預留）+飛灰輸送、存儲及穩定化工藝”的煙氣凈化工藝，為我司EPC工程。 The plant has an average waste treatment capacity of 800 t/d, construction of 2x400t/d mechanical grate waste incineration production line, equipped with 1x18 MW steam turbine generator. The FGC process applied "in-furnace SNCR + semi-dry rotary spray + Sodium hydroxide solution injection system + dry method with dry powder injection + activated carbon adsorption + bag filter + wet reserved + SCR reserved + fly ash conveying, storage and stabilization process". It is an EPC project of Huaxing.
